Description:
Xt9.1 models were overlapped with Xt10.7 models.  These overlaps were reciprocally clustered to get discrete overlap groups.

Notes:
* Column 3 number representation considers multiple Xt9.1 models as a single model if these models contained the same name (rescue split models)
* Column 4 number representations consider total models in the overlap group in the first number set, then the "rescued" version in the second set (separated by ":"


GFF files
Column 3 was used to split the Xt 10.7 GFF file into separate files, each corresponding to a different value from this column.


Xenbase Further Analysis:
Look at what type of Xt 9.1 models were
	A: Not lifted over (in the XENTR_9.1.v10-lost.gff3.gz file)
	B: Lifted over, but do not overlap a current Xt10.7 model (in modelStatus, column 2 is blank)
	C: 1 to many, many to many, many to 1 mappings
